On Friday, a $2 trillion stimulus package known as the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) created the Paycheck Protection Program. The purpose of the Paycheck Protection Program is to help you retain your employees at their current base pay. If you keep all of your employees, the entirety of the loan will be forgiven.
