Mark Hennessey


Mark Hennessey, assumed the role as President/CEO for INEDA on January 1, 2020. Hennessey has worked in multiple industries where information technology was his core focus. Outside of work, he competes on the USA Powerlifting team and enjoys weekend trips with his wife, riding his Harley and taking in the back roads of rural America.

Tom Junge

Iowa Field Director

Tom has traveled across Iowa calling on members for more than 28 years. When he’s not on the road, Tom stays busy managing both the Iowa and Nebraska Ag Expos. In his free time, Tom enjoys watching college and NFL football, fruit gardening and taking trips with his wife and children.

Mark Othmer

Nebraska Field Director

For over 25 years, Mark has traveled across Nebraska calling on members. A “regular” at the State Capitol, Mark keeps his finger on the pulse of legislative issues affecting members. When he’s not driving across Nebraska, Mark can be found golfing, cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers and spending lazy afternoons at the family farm.

Cindy Feldman

Marketing Director

For seven years, Cindy has managed marketing and communication efforts for the Association and Ag Expos through print, digital and social media. Outside of work, Cindy can be found traveling, hunting for cool vintage finds, running, biking and hanging out with her dog, Jack.

Donna Miller

Operations Manager

Donna has kept INEDA humming the past 30 years, coordinating the inner workings of Association programs, services, the Annual Conference and more. When she’s not analyzing spreadsheets, Donna enjoys flower gardening, reading and spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

Will Rogers

Director of Government Affairs

For nearly fourteen years, Will has advocated for our members on both the state and national legislative fronts and has led INEDA’s educational efforts. In his free time, Will enjoys “dabbling” in politics, gardening, spending time with his wife and daughter, and managing his ever-growing collections (U.S. postage stamps, beer cans, comic books…).

Channon Timm

Administrative Services Assistant

Channon joined the Association team in 2017 and assists the Expo director with both Ag Expos, is in charge of membership and also event planning. Outside of work, Channon enjoys yoga, cheering on the Chicago Cubs and spending time with her family.

Gwen Parks


Gwen joined the Association team in 2019 where she stays busy overseeing all of INEDA’s financials. In her free time, Gwen enjoys sewing, reading, taking photographs and spending time with her husband and children.

Sydney Upah

Marketing Communications Designer

Sydney is the newest member of the INEDA team where she works as a graphic designer on digital and print projects. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, hanging out with her cats, and tending to her houseplant collection.

Gretchen Burch

Administrative Services Assistant

Gretchen is the friendly voice answering the phone at the Association. She is the go-to person for INEDA Healthcare and helps members with their forms & supplies. In her free time, Gretchen can be found cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, watching NASCAR and Sprint Car races, shopping and spending time with her son.

Phil Erdman

Director of Dealer and Government Relations

Phil has been an active leader and advocate for over two decades. A native Nebraskan, he grew up on his family’s farm and returned to farm after college. He has also been a banking professional, elected official, advisor to U.S. Senator, and team leader. Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and two dogs, cheering on the Huskers, coaching his kids sports teams, golfing, and boating.
