Kevin Clark is Chairman of the INEDA Board of Directors and represents members as an At-Large Director. He is President of AKRS Equipment, a leading John Deere dealership group with decades of service to farmers and ranchers. Kevin’s broad leadership experience provides valuable insight into the challenges facing dealerships today. He is committed to ensuring INEDA remains a strong advocate and resource for equipment dealers across Iowa and Nebraska.

Dave McCarthy, Regional Manager, is with Titan Machinery, a major Case dealership with a strong footprint in the Midwest. Dave brings extensive industry knowledge and a forward-looking perspective to the Board, helping to guide INEDA’s legislative advocacy, workforce initiatives, and member programs.

Jay Funke is the owner of Del-Clay Farm Equipment, a trusted AGCO and New Holland dealership with a long history of serving Iowa farmers. As Past Chairman, Jay’s leadership and years of industry experience bring continuity and valuable insight to INEDA’s mission of supporting equipment dealers.

Bruce Bowman is President of Star Equipment, Ltd., a leading dealership representing Gehl, Takeuchi, IMT, and Manitou brands. With deep expertise in construction equipment sales and service, Bruce provides a practical perspective to INEDA’s efforts to strengthen and support dealerships across the region.

Rob Hinton is owner of Red Power Team, a family-owned network of 10 Case IH dealerships serving agricultural communities across northern Iowa. Under his leadership, the business continues a 45-year tradition of providing farmers with quality equipment, dependable service, and knowledgeable support. Guided by the company’s values of being family owned, team centered, and customer focused, Rob is committed to building lasting relationships with customers while investing in the people, technology, and expertise that help keep Iowa agriculture moving forward.

Mark Placek is owner of Alliance Tractor & Implement, a long-time New Holland dealership dedicated to serving Nebraska’s producers. Mark’s experience as a dealer principal provides a valuable perspective to INEDA’s advocacy and service efforts, helping strengthen the future of equipment dealerships across the state.

Paula Radke is owner of Alta Implement, a third-generation, family-owned equipment dealership in Alta, Iowa, that has proudly served customers since 1964. Dedicated to building lasting customer relationships, Paula and her son continue her family’s tradition of providing personalized service and trusted equipment solutions to Iowa’s agricultural community. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to supporting farmers, strengthening rural communities, and ensuring the continued success of one of northwest Iowa’s longstanding independent dealerships.
